Standard Requirements

  • Proof of income
  • Necessary approved regulatory requirements as building plans, structural drawings, bills of quantities, National Environment Management Authority, Profiles for architects, Quantity surveyor and Project Manager
  • Proof that you can meet the 20% financing and other related costs e.g. stamp duty, lawyers fee, valuation report etc

Rates & Fees

  • Competitive interest rate.
  • KCB charges: appraisal Fee-1% of loan amount and ledger fee applicable per month.
  • Regulatory charges: Legal and Valuation fees; Stamp duty (4% of cost of property or value on the open market); Stamp duty on charge (0.1% of loan amount) and Insurance premium payments (HOCI & MPI)
