  • Architectural building plans and structural designs duly approved by the relevant authorities
  • Bill of quantities and a contract agreement showing indicating the completion date
  • Copy of the title/lease, croquio and a search certificate.
  • Applicant should demonstrate ability to contribute at least 40% of the project cost
