What we need from you

  • Duly filled application form
  • Original and copy of ID – Gensia, Employment ID, or passport
  • 3 most recent monthly pay slips
  • Copy of an affidavit in case of name changes or differences from documents submitted
  • One recent colored passport size photo
  • In case of variance of change of workstation (on pay slip against application form), a copy of Letter of Transfer to new workstation will be required
  • Applicant must be on the list of employees provided to the bank by the employer at the time of signing the MOU
  • Alterations on the application form to be countersigned by applicant and employer
  • Official CRS Report
  • Evidence that salary has been paid to the account for at least 3 months
  • Letter of undertaking from employer to channel salary through the account until the loan is fully repaid
  • Duly completed Personal Details form
